Roaring Fork at Walt Disney’s Wilderness Lodge

Quick service restaurants offer delicious meals and treats on the go. Today we are going to the Roaring Fork Wilderness Lodge to tell you everything you need to know to plan your trip. This Disney dining review will go over theming, location, menu and more.

Continuing with the theming of the Wilderness Lodge, the atmosphere in the Roaring Fork celebrates American Craftsmanship and is inspired by turn of the century National Park lodges.

From its stone archway entrance to the memorabilia up on the wall this quick service has a very unique feeling. The theming at the Roaring Fork Disney World is a nice break from all the hustle and bustle of the parks. There is a real earthy nature feel that is very relaxing.

A necessary part of a Roaring Fork review is the menu and food. We have had the opportunity to try both the breakfast and lunch/diner menus. One of my favourites was the Campfire cupcake Disney does cupcakes so well. This one is definitely on the sweeter side but I still enjoyed it. The made to order menu is primarily burgers and sandwiches. The costs range from $9 to $12 which is pretty good for a lunch or dinner.

If you have had a chance to check out our Wilderness Lodge Resort Tour you will see that the Roaring Fork is tucked away at the back of the resort near the pool. This is great if you are having a pool day or took the boat back from the Magic Kingdom and want to get a quick snack. However if you are staying in the DVC tower it is a bit of a walk. There is a small indoor seating area, as well as outdoor seating. We always like to sit outside whenever we can.

We hope that you liked our video. Have you ever been to Roaring Fork before? What is your favourite restaurant or quick service dining location at Disney World?
