The Edison - Disney World Dining
We are excited to be back doing another Disney World Dining review. Disney has really stepped up their dining game, there are so many great places to choose from. Today we are doing The Edison Disney Springs Review so you know if this restaurant is one you should spend your time and money at.
We start The Edison Disney review looking at the atmosphere. It is an industrial gothic themed restaurant with entertainment space. It definitely has a unique feel and look. It is designed to look like a refurbished 1920s electric company. The restaurant is split level with a lot of open space and 7 different dining areas. This is one of those unique Disney World Dining locations where you can go back again and again and each time it will be different. The first time we were seated down near the bar and the second time we were seated right at the edge of the overlook to the stage.
A great thing about Disney World Dining 2022 is a lot of the entertainment is back. On select nights there is also live entertainment starting at 7pm. Currently with safety measures the hours are reduced, but you do still have live performances. In the past after 10pm it did become 21 plus and there is a dress code but we will wait and see if that comes back.
The next section of The Edison Disney review looks at the locations. You can find The Edison in Disney Springs in the Landing, right next to Marie and Ensos and Across from STK. For me a major part of The Edison Disney review is the menu. Currently it is only open for dinner and serves american style food. Some appetizers they have are a creamy spinach cheese dip and the DB 'Clothesline Candied Bacon'. The mains include the Queen cut prime rib, full rack of ribs and salmon. The Edison Disney Springs is not the cheapest but they have a nice dinner menu where everyone can find something to enjoy.
