Disney Springs Reopening | Disney World Reopening Update

We are so excited to bring you news about Disney Springs Reopening. The first phase and Disney Springs reopening date is set for May 20th. Shanghai Disneyland is farther along in their opening and last week opened their theme park to guests.

Disney is focused on the safety of guests and cast members. They are following the CDC’s guidelines. We thoroughly review the 6 requirements for guests to visit Disney Springs. This includes parking, face coverings, temperature checks, social distancing, cleaning and cashless transactions. We also discuss what Disney Springs restaurants will be open as well as other news about Disney World reopening 2020.

On May 11th Shanghai Disneyland opened with measures in place to ensure guest and cast members safety. To ensure social distancing changes have been made to queues, ride vehicles, park capacity, and restaurants. In addition, parades and firework shows have been canceled. There are a lot of comparisons for social distancing that we can expect to see in Disney Springs Orlando.
