Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' - Disney Dining Review

Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' is the first Florida themed restaurant in Disney Springs. With its Floridian flare and locally grown food it does not disappoint. Check out everything you need to know and more in our Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' Disney Dining Review.

The atmosphere at Homecomin is like no other. It feels like you are eating at a family farm house. The main area is open concept with views of the kitchen, there is exposed wood, and a huge outdoor deck. There are even pictures of Chef Art Smith up on the wall. The homely feel combines well with the Florida home cooking.

You might ask what is Floridian inspired food? It is a mix of seafood and southern cooking with fresh locally grown ingredients. Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' Brunch is offered on the weekend and has the best brunch comfort food we have seen at Disney Springs. Don't worry they still offer the fried chicken and donuts at breakfast so you won't miss out. The fried chicken is one of their signature items. For lunch and dinner you can get it with donuts, in a sandwich or on a salad.

Whatever you do make sure you save room for dessert. Chef art smith hummingbird cake is one of his classics and it is amazing. The portion sizes are pretty generous so we shared our mains to ensure we had room for dessert. They do also accept Disney dining plan, tables in wonderland and annual pass holder discount.

Here in Canada I have never found a Floridian inspired restaurant. I did not know what to expect before we went. They definitely won me over with their comfortable atmosphere and delicious food. I will most definitely be back for seconds to Chef Art Smith homecoming Disney Springs.
